Patient at a Glance
Patient at a Glance is a visual patient history flow sheet that works with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems (e.g., NextGen) to make it very easy for a provider to review a patient's history. Gone are the days of reading through multiple chart notes or trying to make sense of data stored on collections of templates. This solution may be easily configured by you to display the information you require from your templates, as well as the standard NextGen knowledgebase. Standard features include:
A dynamic patient timeline that may be viewed in month, week, or day mode
Easy navigation to any point in time, with the patient's age displayed for the period being viewed
Plotting of individual icons representing date-oriented events such as office visits, surgeries, phone calls, etc.
Graphing of test results against the patient timeline
Presentation of date span data such as hoszpitalizations, medication start and end dates, and more
Patient alerts icons allowing instant recognition of important patient status items
Hover-over information snapshots that display icon-specific information
Link to Patient at a Glance from your NextGen templates using a simple trigger
